Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all over the world. If your country is not listed at the checkout please email sayhi@byroses.com to make the arrangements.
Can I pay with Klarna, Clearpay or Afterpay?
Yes but the checkout won’t show this as an option. Email sayhi@byroses.com and we will send a special payment link to you.
How long does delivery take?
We are part of the slow fashion movement and most of our pieces are made to order. This makes our service unique as your orders are bespoke to you. Pieces usually take around two weeks to be made before they can be dispatched. If you need items sooner, please contact us before making an order. Sometimes pieces can take longer and we will discuss this with you.
What packaging do you use?
All our packaging is sustainably sourced and recyclable where possible. We believe in being kind to the world and we’re always learning so if you have any feedback we’d love to hear from you.
What is your returns policy?
Every package dispatched is carefully checked before dispatch. All sales are final unless the garment received is faulty. Our full terms and conditions are available during the checkout process. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you need assistance please email us and we will be happy to assist further.
Where can I find the washing instructions
Each garment has its own personalised washing instruction label. As with all delicate fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning.
